2022 Shop Updates
We kicked off 2022 with some shop updates on a live stream but wanted to leave a breakdown summary here for those that were unable to tune in.
Some changes will be made to our shop including products we can no longer offer, price changes, consignment announcement and a new subscription box.
The items our shop is officially no longer offering include the following (both through the shop front and through any type of custom order):
- bubble bars
- cold process soaps / shampoo bars
- liquid perfumes of any kind (these came in the 15ml bottles)
- beard and hair oils
- body lotions
- deodorants
These are items that can no longer be requested or fulfilled as we no longer have these ingredients in stock. We are switching over to a new system for inventory and to make things easier on the back end we've had to say goodbye to items that don't use enough shared ingredients.
From here on out customs will operate differently on our website, as you will find options such as "glitter-free" on items that exist for that month's shop restock. More about custom orders will be shared but basically we are doing away with filling out a form.
We are still dealing with a citric acid shortage, which affects a majority of the products we offer. Please note that these prices have tripled to acquire this ingredient. USPS has also increased the cost to ship via First Class Mail and Priority Mail within the US.
Since we are a small business we don't get any shipping discounts, so these price changes are out of our control. While I wish the rate they have been charging could last forever, USPS has a knack for increasing their prices in small amounts every new year.
We are now proudly carrying our products at BizBaz Club in San Diego, CA! We will have our best selling products and some shop-exclusives available at their store front. For those unable to visit in person, BizBaz has an online shop and often appears on "Pop Shop Live" for live stream selling experiences!

We try to give every shop their own custom product when we sell with them, so if there's a really cool nerdy store near you that would be interested in helping us defeat gamer gunk once and for all, please dont be shy to let us know which businesses near you might be looking to carry our products!
If we end up doing business with the shop you suggested we'll have a special surprise for you! We are working towards getting Twootie Tarte into 5 shops for this year, that's our new year's resolution and we'd love it if y'all were able to help!
Lastly, our newest subscription box will be a spin off of the self care box, and we named it the "Elite Twootie Box"!
New signups can expect the choice between either a shower or bath based experience. It will most likely come with 3 items that are all pre-determined by Twootie, with a theme tying the shower or bath box together. We're working on getting custom packaging for each ETB for a more cohesive experience going forward, something we can look to sell or give away at conventions!
